ADORN A40 ALSO COOKING AT JAPAN’S CHOP HITS BARBECUE
Chop Hits Barbecue is a barbecue restaurant in Shinmachi, Osaka, with a reputation for authenticity on a par with the southern United States. Here you can also enjoy background music provided by Martin Audio loudspeakers.
So popular is Chop Hits Barbecue that it has already been recommended in many gourmet guidebooks since its opening. The overall atmosphere is augmented by four Martin Audio ADORN A40, with two-zone volume control, enabling the operators to minimise any sound leakage from the speakers facing onto the street.
This optimization is via a small DSP amplifier, programmed with the Martin Audio speaker presets. A limiter also helps protect the speaker from damage caused by excessive input.
In order to meet the expectation of the music-loving owner, a Martin Audio Blackline S12+ compact sub-bass has been added, for extension of the rich low frequencies. In addition to this, there is a specially made volume control, using the DSP amplifier’s GPI function, which drives the two zones and subwoofers separately.
Just as the slow, low temperature firewood and charcoal cooking imbues the smoked meat with a special taste, so the versatility of the Martin Audio sound system also serves to enhance the customer experience.
