Featuring a 15” (380mm)/3” (75mm) voice coil LF drive unit, and a 1” (25mm) exit HF compression driver with a 1.75” (44mm) polyimide diaphragm. With an accurately-defined 80° x 50° coverage pattern, it combines very high output capability with exceptional sonic performance and low frequency impact.

Its Class D amplifier module delivers 1000W LF + 300W HF peak output to the drivers, which are independently protected by RMS and peak limiters. Onboard DSP functions are controlled by a rotary encoder interface and multi-function, easy-to-use colour display on the rear panel. DSP features include crossover function, a three-channel mixer with three- band EQ on each input channel and a choice of three voicing presets and operating modes for flexible operation without external processing.

The symmetrical, multi-angle enclosure is manufactured from birch and poplar plywood and finished in textured black paint. It is fitted with M8 inserts for eyebolt suspension plus a pole-mount socket with a removable cap. Its cloth-backed protective steel grille is a spring-fit into the sides of the enclosure for easy access to rotate the HF horn.

Architectural Specs
Martin Audio XP15

The loudspeaker shall be a self-powered two-way system. Its transducers shall consist of a reflex-loaded 15” low frequency driver and a 1” exit high frequency compression driver mounted on a high frequency horn. The horn shall be user-rotatable to enable vertical, horizontal and stage monitor operation.

Horizontal dispersion shall be 80° and vertical dispersion shall be 50°. The on-axis frequency response shall be 55Hz-20kHz +/- 3dB and the loudspeaker shall produce a maximum SPL of 131dB peak at 1 metre.

The loudspeaker shall incorporate a two-channel Class D amplifier which shall deliver a total of 1300W peak output to the transducers. Onboard DSP shall perform crossover and limiter functions and incorporate a three-channel mixer. Mixer settings, operating mode and voicing presets shall be effected by a rotary encoder and display screen on the rear panel. Bluetooth control and streaming shall be available as on option. The power supply shall employ Power Factor Correction and operate from 100-240V, 50-60Hz AC.

Audio input connectors shall be female XLR type combined with a ¼” jack. The mix output shall be available on a male XLR type connector. The AC power connector shall be a 3-pin IEC connector.

The loudspeaker enclosure shall be constructed from multi-laminate plywood with a black textured coating and be fitted with a pole-mount socket, pocket handles and M8 threaded inserts for mounting accessories. The drivers shall be protected by a perforated steel grille with a cloth backing.

Dimensions (W x H x D) shall be 427mm x 690mm x 407mm (16.8in x 27.2in x 16.0in). Weight shall be 26kg (57lbs).

The loudspeaker shall be the Martin Audio XP15.
