Constant curvature arrays are ideally suited for throw distances of 15-30m (50-100ft) where a full-blown line array is not always practical, optimal or affordable, and conversely, a point source loudspeaker may not be sufficient in coverage and SPL.
Unlike traditional line arrays, constant curvature array cabinets are designed to connect directly to one another, with no splay angle between. This enables them to work together acoustically as if they were a single driver, while dramatically increasing the power handling and acoustic output when compared to a single driver system.
